Levayro has not inspected, investigated, audited or vetted the suggested hotels, accommodations, neighborhoods, destinations, transportation routes, restaurants or activities for safety or security. Levayro cannot guarantee your personal safety or the safety of your belongings.

A listing, image, suggested hotel area, itinerary, budget match or external link is not a safety certification, endorsement, background check or assurance of quality, cleanliness, licensing, accessibility or suitability. We have not checked crime levels, building or fire safety, staff screening, health conditions or emergency preparedness. An estimated hotel allowance does not identify or recommend an individually inspected property.

Conditions can change before or during travel. Independently research the exact property and area, contact providers about your needs, review recent information, and check official travel, health, weather and local emergency guidance. Ratings and reviews on other websites may be incomplete, outdated or unreliable and do not establish safety. Consider appropriate insurance and understand its exclusions. Levayro does not monitor your location or provide emergency assistance; contact local emergency services in an emergency.

For international destinations, consult U.S. Department of State Travel Advisories and the relevant destination authorities. Consult CDC Travelers’ Health for travel health information. Government links are resources, not an endorsement of Levayro or a guarantee of safety.

Search coverage, filtering & ranking

Levayro offers curated destinations and a worldwide airport-city directory sourced from OurAirports public-domain data, retrieved September 30, 2026. The directory includes IATA-coded airports with scheduled-service records or an international-airport designation in their names. It also includes airports without confirmed international service; it is not a certification of international status, a complete official registry or proof of current scheduled flights. City names follow the source’s municipality field and may describe a nearby airport town. Search by city, country or airport code and select the intended location. Verify the airport, distance to your actual destination, routes and current operations with official providers. It does not search the entire internet, all hotels or all booking engines, and it does not currently retrieve live supplier inventory. A city or country search filters that directory; a selected airport identifies a specific city/country. Places absent from the source or without a municipality may be missing. For new cities without curated allowances, the model uses general USD starting amounts of $120 per room/night before an estimated 18% tax, $35 per person/day for meals, $20 for local transport and $20 for activities. These are not researched local prices or supplier offers and may be unrealistic for a destination. Enter current provider quotes before relying on a budget fit. Airport coordinates are used for approximate distances, not actual flight or ground routes. A selected city within about 40 miles of the departure area is modeled as local driving rather than a flight. Airport data source and limitations. Your origin, travel method, domestic/international setting, trip duration and traveler count affect the results. Budget Explorer prioritizes plans whose estimates fit after your untouched reserve. If none fit, it still shows estimates for your destination, labels the shortfall and may suggest a shorter trip or a higher total budget. For an explicit destination excluded by previous region or travel-method filters, the planner can show alternate estimated methods and explain the change. It does not silently change your budget or selected dates.

For each destination, the lowest estimated eligible travel method is used for its card. Cards currently give Lisbon, Montréal and Mexico City editorial priority when they qualify, then order remaining destinations by estimated total. Up to nine destination cards are shown. This ordering is not a safety, hotel quality, popularity or independent customer-review ranking. No commission or paid placement currently influences it. Suggested hotel neighborhoods or city-wide accommodation searches are research starting points, not verified property listings. Kingston’s New Kingston area and attraction ideas are research suggestions; their daily allowances are also assumptions, not current quotes.

Booking.com stay searches and Google transport, map and activity searches open external websites. Those services determine their own results, rankings, sponsored content, availability and terms. We do not verify their results or control which properties they display.

Estimates only

Levayro currently uses illustrative fixed daily allowances, approximate distances and simplified transport formulas. It does not query live hotel, airline, rail or bus inventory. A suggested route is not confirmation of an available service. Dates do not alter sample costs; they are passed to stay searches. You may enter total transport, stay and meal quotes found on provider websites. Those values replace the matching sample categories and recalculate the 12% contingency; they are user-entered, not independently verified by Levayro. Other categories remain estimates. USD is the default currency. You can choose another currency for budgets, quotes and displayed estimates. ExchangeRate-API supplies indicative conversions with a visible rate date; dated stored rates remain available if fresh rates cannot be retrieved. Provider checkout exchange rates and conversion fees may differ.

How the budget is calculated

Trip duration includes arrival and departure days; hotel nights equal trip days minus one. Rooms assume up to two travelers per room. Hotel estimates include a planning allowance of 18% for tax. Meals, activities and local transport scale by days and travelers. A 12% contingency is added to the subtotal. Driving assumes approximately $0.24 per mile of distance for the selected one-way or round-trip journey plus $35, with separate local parking and fee allowances. Flight, bus and rail assumptions depend on approximate distance and the selected trip type. One-way transport covers one journey leg; round-trip transport covers both. When entered, a return date sets the trip duration. Actual driving distances, vehicle costs and available routes may differ substantially.

Future dates & premium planning

Departures can be planned up to two calendar years ahead, with a return within the 2–30-day trip length. Estimated suggestions are available even when providers have not released schedules or rates for those dates. Selecting future dates does not make these allowances live prices, validate a route or create a reservation. For example, American Airlines states a 331-day booking window; other providers may use different windows.

Premium Travel, called the Levayro Experience, plans preferred first- or business-class travel, luxury accommodations, fine dining, private transfers and activities. These are preferences and research ideas, not guaranteed cabin availability, verified five-star properties, confirmed inclusions or a concierge booking service. A spending target is optional and does not hide premium estimates above it. No-target mode does not mean travel is free, unlimited services are included or providers have no restrictions.

Premium estimates apply transparent planning assumptions: first-class transport is five times the standard air estimate with a floor of $1,800 per traveler per round-trip-equivalent; business class is three times with a $1,000 floor. One-way amounts use half those floors. Premium ground transport uses three times the standard estimate. Hotel allowances use the greater of $400 per room/night or 2.5 times the city allowance, plus the existing 18% estimated tax. Meals use $100 per traveler/day, private transfers use $90 per vehicle/day assuming up to three travelers, and activities use $110 per traveler/day. Existing fees and the 12% cushion still apply. These are not researched premium fares or local hotel quotes and can differ substantially from actual prices.

Premium provider links open Booking.com searches or Google searches directed toward Expedia, Hotels.com, KAYAK, Skyscanner and Google Flights. Links pass search details such as destination, dates, traveler count and preferred cabin; the providers control their results. These research links do not pull prices into Levayro, automatically select luxury filters, establish partnerships or search every booking website. A separate Compare prices page can request quotes from approved, configured APIs. Users may enter provider quote totals to update the plan; Levayro does not verify those amounts.

Affiliate and sponsored content

Compare prices can display offers from owner-configured, approved provider APIs. Until accounts and credentials are activated, those sources return no live prices. Test offers are labeled and excluded from budget combinations. Ordinary planner links remain third-party search links. Eligible Booking.com API links can include partner attribution and are labeled with a commission disclosure. The owner may publish a paid sponsorship advertisement in a separate placement. Bookings and payments take place on provider websites. A booking note marked Booked by me is your own record; it does not confirm a reservation and is not checked with suppliers. If affiliate links are introduced, we will identify them nearby with plain language such as: We may earn a commission if you book through this link, at no extra cost to you. Paid placements will be clearly labeled as advertisements or sponsored results next to the placement, and any effect on ranking will be explained. Supplier ratings or reviews, if introduced, will identify their source; they will not be presented as Levayro inspections or verified customer experiences without a basis. Creating a free profile by itself does not generate commission revenue.

Price-watch preferences

Price-watch targets and discount preferences are stored with your saved trip. On-demand checks and scheduled-check infrastructure are available for supported saved hotel and flight watches. Real checks require approved live feeds; scheduled runs require a connected maintenance plugin and active schedule. Target email alerts additionally require explicit opt-in and a verified email sender. Results are category totals and may represent different properties or flights; they are not confirmed price drops for an identical offer. No coupons are applied automatically.

Planned service fee and price comparison

The planned Levayro service fee is $4.99 USD per completed booking transaction. No service fee is currently collected. Browsing, profiles and saved itineraries remain free. If a connected checkout is introduced, advertised bookable lodging prices must include mandatory charges, including any mandatory Levayro fee, where applicable law requires. Any permitted exclusions and optional additions must be explained, and the final payable amount, including taxes and selected extras, must be shown before payment. The fee’s purpose and refund terms must be disclosed. The current planning allowances are not advertised bookable room offers. Provider taxes, mandatory charges, baggage and cancellation conditions need to be included when comparing like-for-like offers. Coupon eligibility and price-match requests are governed by each provider; neither savings nor universal booking-engine coverage is guaranteed. Compare prices ranks returned offers in the selected currency by supplier total. It does not search every website, guarantee the global cheapest price, match identical hotels across suppliers or apply coupons automatically. Airline totals include reported taxes but optional baggage and seat fees may be extra. Hotel totals use supplier-reported property-inclusive prices for the selected occupancy. Flight-plus-hotel ideas combine independent offers and add user-entered spending allowances; they are not a packaged reservation. Missing sources, other currencies, dates outside provider inventory and limited result sets reduce coverage. Rankings do not use sponsorship payments or commission rates.

No supplier relationship implied

Supplier names and links do not mean Levayro is approved by, partnered with, or endorsed by the supplier. Always verify terms and final prices on the supplier's website.

External websites, privacy & security

External links can send your selected destination, traveler count and dates to a provider as part of a search. Providers may also receive technical information such as your IP address and use their own cookies and tracking under their policies. Review the Privacy Policy for Levayro’s current practices. HTTPS encrypts data in transit; it does not prove that a hotel, website, transaction or destination is trustworthy or safe.

Arbitration before a lawsuit

Users who expressly accept the updated Terms agree with Levayro to non-binding consumer arbitration before an ordinary lawsuit for covered disputes arising after acceptance. Arbitration is an advisory step, not a permanent waiver of court or jury rights. Small-claims proceedings, urgent court relief, protected claims and government complaints are excepted. Levayro pays administrator and arbitrator fees. Court access remains available after the step concludes or when the specified unavailable-forum, nonpayment or legal exceptions apply. These disclosures describe the service’s limits; they do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived, excuse misleading representations, or eliminate legally required duties.
